Shipping & Returns

Orders over $150 (not inclusive of Sales Tax) ship at no charge to addresses within mainland United States of America. Any discounted products, returned purchases, trade or quantity purchases do not qualify for free shipping.

Additional shipping charges are applied to orders being shipped to Alaska or Hawaii (please see shipping rates shown in your shopping cart)

**Please note that certain products do not qualify for free shipping due to either being oversized or heavy. Products may include: furniture, stone and metallic wares, and other specified products. Please be sure to check the product page for further details regarding shipping charges.

Large orders that require Freight Shipping Services include standard curbside delivery, and also do not qualify for free shipping.  For more information regarding large orders please email us at hello@stockandpantry.com

When shipping orders using Freight Shipping Services, Stock & Pantry will contact you by email prior to shipping, to arrange a delivery day/time window during regular business hours and to confirm final shipping costs.

 
ORDER SHIPMENTS

Typically all orders for in-stock products ship within 2 business days (48 hours) via USPS or UPS. This does not include typical observed holidays, and weekends. Please check the product page for any specific details on each product. If for any reason we are unable to ship your order within 48 hours we will contact you by email to update you on the status of your order. You will receive an email from orders@stockandpantry.com with a tracking number and shipment information for your order once it has been processed.

**Observed Holidays include: New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day (July 4th), Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day.

**Additional holiday days observed by Stock & Pantry: Black Friday (day after Thanksgiving Day) and Boxing Day (day after Christmas Day)

 
OUT OF STOCK OR BACK-ORDERS

In most cases your order will not include any out of stock/back-ordered items. However, on occasion our stock levels may not reflect real time stock levels either in our store or shipping facility due to activity in either location. Some special/larger orders may require multiple shipments. We will email shipment details once the shipment is confirmed. If multiple shipments are required, your shipping charges will remain the same.

 

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

Want your order fast? You can request express/expedited shipping within your shopping cart. Please note that your order will be shipped within the same 2 days (48 hours) period as other orders, and then shipped using your preferred shipping services. A tracking number for all orders will be emailed to you once that order is processed.

 
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At this time Stock & Pantry do not offer international shipping on orders placed through the website. However, please contact us at hello@stockandpantry.com if you are interested in specific products and wish to ship them overseas.

 
TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Logging on to your account will allow you to view your order history. An email with tracking information will be sent when your order ships.

 

RETURNS POLICY

Eligible purchases made from this website may be returned within 14 days of purchase if unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged. All returned items must be sent in the original product packaging.

Shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the purchaser, unless the return is related to a damaged shipment.

Gift orders are only eligible to exchange for items of equal or greater value within 14 days of the order delivery date, when accompanied by the original gift receipt.

**Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return unless previously authorized due to damage in transit.

Items not eligible for return:

  • Special orders, such as orders of products that are either not regular stock items, special order items or client requested quantities of regularly stocked items.
  • Products that require assembly, and have been assembled will no longer be considered as in original condition.
  • Any products that have been used in any way.
  • All sale or discounted products are final sale. Returns will only be authorized for product damaged in transit. Please see below for instructions regarding damaged goods received..

Please note that all returns require a Return Authorization (RA). In order to process a return please contact us at orders@stockandpantry.com to request a Return Authorization. Returns of incorrectly shipped items will be accepted at no additional cost to you. All other return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returning orders with a value of over $500 that received free shipping may be subject to a restocking fee of 20% - when requesting an RA any potential charges will be made clear to you prior to the products being authorized for return. Once we receive your return, please allow 1-2 weeks for processing of your return and refund. All refunds will be processed to the same form as the original order payment.

 
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

Email us at orders@stockandpantry.com with the original order number, please include your name and address, and detail which item(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return. If the item you wish return was received as a gift please provide us with the details shown on your gift receipt included in the original shipment. You will receive an email with instructions within 2 business days from the receipt of your RA request. Returns are processed according to the terms listed in our policies.

 
RETURNING ITEM(S)

When you have receive confirmation of the RA you will receive an email with directions on how to finalize the return shipment.

 

WHAT IF YOU RECEIVE DAMAGED GOODS?

All care is taken to ensure orders are packed with the best protection possible to avoid damaged products being received. However, we know that there are times that damage may occur when in transit. If you receive your order with damaged a product please contact us within 5 days of delivery at orders@stockandpantry.com to request a RA and describe the damage in detail. Please include photographs of the item/s along with the shipment packaging, and send with your email.

Please do not dispose of the shipment packaging until the return/replacement is processed while following the instructions shown above.
